Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies; please see individual items for details. Current processing time is 3–7 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process and you will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping

If you require a tracking number, please select that option at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as I cannot be responsible for replacing items due to incorrect information. If you do not receive your item, please contact me within two months of the order date.

Items ordered together will be wrapped together to avoid excess packaging. I do not include paper invoices, but if you need further information about your order, please email me at admin@lelsloom.com.

Estimated Shipping Times

By ordering from Lelsloom, you consent to receive an email invitation from CusRev (an independent third-party) to review your order. While I do my best to meet these estimates, they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method:

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 8–30 business days
  • Europe: 5–20 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 8–30 business days

Returns & Cancellations

I accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Return items within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns must have the customer’s name and return address on the outside of the packaging for identification and safety in transit. If returning from outside the United Kingdom, the package must be marked as “returned goods” to avoid customs charges.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Forced Returns

Returns that have not been confirmed prior to returning will not be accepted.
